@Roaming_BFLO @2ITB_Buffalo If the premise is our high end isn't high end enough, there's no available fix for that. Thomas is probably the best player avail and he adds to the depth, not raise the bar.

And Tuch just playing ok or UPL not giving up the inevitable softy likely puts us the CF.

@Roaming_BFLO @2ITB_Buffalo I might be misunderstood. I agree they don't have the most elite talent at F but don't think that's the problem. Needing our best players (Tage/Tuch) to play like our best isn't the same as needing them to be the best overall talents on the MacKinnon/McDavid level.

@2ITB_Buffalo @Roaming_BFLO Isn't it both? Gotta ask which is easier to acquire, a forward better than Tage or a goalie better than UPL/Lyon tandem?

Need better than Robert Thomas if thats the bar...per these fun charts, Thomas was a slight upgrade on Tuch as the "star forward."

@Bulldogwgr @waylandbrewing I like several of their beers but I wish they printed born on dates. Especially with the NE IPAs, you want to have them as fresh as possible, ideally less than 30 days, and continuously kept cold.
