Typical Israeli young voter who's obviously indigenous to the land discusses the situation outside a rally for Itamar Ben Gvir
Ben Gvir's "Jewish Power" party will gain seats in Tuesday's election thanks to youth voters
The numbers don't lie: more people every day are getting fed up with capitalism, and they're answering the call to organize for socialism. In just over a week since the start of our Fall 2026 membership drive, we're already over a third of the way to our goal of 300 new members with 121 signups so far!
If you've been waiting for the right moment to get organized and join the struggle for a better world, there's no better time than right now. Join the organization that's serious about socialism: https://t.co/PYHtXwCl6X
“A lot of CPD’s justifications to how they respond to these situations and why they do ‘crowd control’ is because they say they’re there to calm the situation. But any of us who have been in the movement for any amount of time, or even just in communities that police tend to arrest, know that they are not de-escalators. They are escalators, that is their whole goal. To go in there and make the situation worse.” https://t.co/InHaIOPlcd
I remember once posting on /r/AskChicago “hey why do so many pedestrians end up in bike lanes?” genuinely trying to find infrastructure issues. The replies were basically equivalent to this old idiot.
What’s happening in France is a wake-up call to the entire world. 🌍 The cost of living keeps rising while everyday people struggle to survive. People are tired of working hard just to barely get by. Governments need to start listening to the people before frustration turns into chaos. 💯🙏🏽
October 15th, 1966 marked a turning point for the Black liberation movement in the United States. On this day, the Black Panther Party was established.
The Panthers remain icons in popular consciousness, and for good reason; they were a serious revolutionary force in their time, so much so that J. Edgar Hoover's FBI designated them "the greatest threat to the internal security of the country," and made it a top priority to destroy them.
Revolutionaries today should understand that the power of the Panthers was their ability to organize the everyday people of their communities into fighters for concrete demands, while also raising the general level of struggle and political consciousness in society at large.
Now, it's our task to learn from the experiences of the Panthers so that we can finally fulfill the urgent historic task of achieving Black liberation and socialism.
All power to the people!
This system is super ass too, I can't believe they charged people for this. I've listened to multi-million dollar systems for free with access to music selection.
public and open listening rooms are one of the few really cool, mindful and free things that are left and people are trying to commodify it, drives me insane
This weekend, on October 17th, is the next national day of action under the banner of "no kings," and it represents an important opportunity for socialists to get out and talk to every kind of person who's fed up with Donald Trump's agenda and is ready to do something about it.
This year so far we've seen Trump unleash wave after wave of disgusting attacks on the people of the United States and across the world, but also remarkable struggle in turn. We want to keep these flames of struggle burning, and fan them into an inferno.
Actions for "no kings" this time are going to look different from city to city. Some will be protests and rallies, others will be smaller gatherings whose only focus is getting out the midterm vote for the Democrats.
But the fact remains, there are lots of people out there who are seeing the contradictions of monopoly capitalism sharpen in real time, and who are looking for a group with a real plan of action to take capitalism down and build up a new system that actually puts working people first.
Our job as socialists is to seek out these folks who want to become fighters for radical change, and organize them into a real force for revolution.
My latest: Chicago immigrant detainees write letters to Pope Leo as clergy prepare to visit him in Rome.
The handwriting is messy, the spelling faulty. Some cried as they wrote. Others were so excited that they struggled with what to say. Some did not know how to write at all, and, in those letters, only a few words are legible.
But, still, the messages are all the same.
“Today they detained me, and I’ve been here for hours. I’m not afraid of what will happen to me; I’m afraid of not being with my family,” one immigrant detained at the Broadview processing center wrote to Pope Leo.

Absolutely wild he tries to get people to meet him in New York and fight him. He looks like if you punched him hard enough baked beans would come out of every hole in his body
NEW BOOK: If you are a socialist looking for a serious, concrete analysis of our current situation in the United States and our tasks ahead as revolutionaries, check out the Main Political Report of the FRSO 10th Congress.
The MPR is an analysis of the present moment on three fronts: the U.S. economic situation, the U.S. domestic political situation, and the international situation. These documents are the output of our organization’s recent 10th Congress, where members contributed to and debated these documents at length.
