You need to have a thick skin as a greenhouse manager in a breeding program. Our Erica Miller skillfully propagated and maintained greenhouses full of plants for 5 months only to have me throw 80% of these beautiful (but genetically inferior) plants into the compost.

We harvested a 2 acre scaleup plot of our new dual purpose hemp cultivar Ursa ‘Grande’ today. We probably should have found a larger lower sieve, because the seeds are about double the size of other hemp cultivars.
