@SpacieWolf "I think the Lylat System's got enough heroes and legends to worry about without one more tryin' to get their names in the history books. I've done enough and I'm happy with where I ended up. No complaints from me."

@SpacieWolf "Well, there's always gonna be debates about that one, but the scoreboard's gonna always be in Fox's favor," Bill said with a snicker. "Until you two have an out-and-out real duel, people are gonna argue about it even after you both retire."

@SpacieWolf "Oh I ain't down on myself, I just know how I stack up. Ya don't see my name pop up in any best pilots in Lylat conversations, I just did my part leadin' the defense of Katina. Now I do more of that leadership kind of stuff because of it."

@SpacieWolf "Seemed like the only sure fire way to get off Papetoon when you don't have any other way out," Bill said with a chuckle. "Plus, I do like flyin'. Not half-bad at it either, just look a little worse when stacked up against livin' legends."

He shook his head. Sometimes it was difficult coming to terms with just how far Fox had gone on his own. It almost felt impossible.

@SpacieWolf other veterans, Bill had gotten lucky not to be involved with the heaviest fighting. Defending and helping stage the counter-offensive from Katina had been the bulk of his responsibilities after Star Fox began their assault.
