@LI_politico It’s so complex! I had a terrible birth and felt like a useless parent. So I was so hellbent on breast feeding, despite difficulties and returning to work at 3 months. I breastfed mine until she was 2 and was chuffed. BUT would I recommend a friend did what I did? Nope, nope.
