@AmericanAir hi. My son has a layover at Chicago today and lands (aa099) in terminal 5. His ongoing flight goes from terminal 3 to Houston. Does he collect his bags and take to terminal 3 to check them, does he check them in terminal 5 or will they have final destination set.

@trevaskisfarm my family has never had a bad meal with you until last Friday. My mother who is in her 70’s had to send her steak back as it was inedible and the replacement was as bad. She was told her dessert would be free yet you still charged her for it. Really unhappy.
