Maryland Medical Practice Act (Health Occupations Article, Title 14), which lists grounds for disciplinary action, including “immoral conduct” and “unprofessional conduct” in the practice of medicine.

Key Statutory Grounds (Health Occupations § 14-404)
A disciplinary panel may reprimand, probate, suspend, or revoke a license if a physician:
• Is guilty of immoral conduct or unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine.
• Is professionally, physically, or mentally incompetent.
• Engages in other prohibited acts (e.g., fraud, patient abandonment, substance abuse, overutilization, false reports, etc.).
“Unprofessional conduct” is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the disciplinary panel. It is not rigidly defined in statute but includes failures to meet standards of care, ethical violations, or behavior that harms patients or the profession.

My last conversation with the first soldier that died from the vax, he said, "I know the vaccine did this to me. I felt that poison go through my body. I was about to retire, and they took everything from me and my family. Make sure they are held accountable for what they did to me. Please make sure my wife is taken care of."

I have had conversations most in the military can't imagine. When "leaders" do things that kill my men and women...I take it personally. These men and women did NOT take an oath to be Fauci's "lab rats."

The claim that CDC has already spent $1.24 billion on COVID-19 vaccines is simply wrong.

The contracts cited are indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts put in place ahead of the season to ensure availability if needed.

HHS and CDC have not purchased COVID-19 vaccines for the upcoming respiratory season and have made no decisions regarding future purchases.

IDIQ contracts allowing future orders are not the same as spending taxpayer dollars.

I am at a social sciences conference in Dublin, and I keep noticing the same pattern for at least a couple of years now in conferences and academic journals alike: Covid has returned as a topic of research, but in a peculiar form. Researchers discuss anger, loneliness, polarization, radicalization, models, and declining trust in institutions. They discuss reactions to Covid. What they almost never discuss are the measures themselves: lockdowns, school closures, mask mandates, vaccine mandates, travel restrictions, boosters, and the suspension of ordinary life.

This seems to me to be a serious methodological shortcoming. If one wants to understand people’s reactions, one has to examine what they were reacting to. If one wants to explain anger, in particular, one has to ask whether the measures that provoked it were perceived as appropriate, proportionate, necessary, effective, or justified, and whether some of those perceptions may have had grounds. The same applies to distrust: one cannot study distrust without asking whether there were reasons to distrust. People were reacting not only to the measures themselves, but also to the way those measures were imposed: the certainty, the moralizing tone, the contempt for disagreement, and the repeated suggestion that anyone who questioned the consensus was ignorant, selfish, or dangerous.

This matters because the anger has not disappeared. It continues to shape politics across Europe and beyond. Many researchers now seek to explain support for populist or far-right parties, but if the Covid years left a lasting legacy of resentment toward institutions, experts, governments, and the media, then this has to be part of the explanation. Otherwise, the analysis is becoming circular: people are said to support these parties because they became radicalized, while the reasons for their anger are left unexamined.

What troubles me, therefore, is not a disagreement over conclusions, but the narrowing of the research question. What else but Orwellian do you want to call a situation in which scholarship seeks to explain people’s anger while leaving out what made them angry in the first place? We have reached a point of absurdity where self-censorship no longer merely restricts inquiry; it empties inquiry of its object.

Legal Earthquake at the Supreme Court, which just called on the State of Oregon to answer the question below. The state never argued for a right to mandate such drugs; only the 9th Circuit granted it such a right, in violation of federal law. This question PROVES all C-19 mandates were unlawful. Notice the second half... can a state mandate a liability-shielded product? This is FAR BIGGER than anyone can possibly imagine.

What actually happened over the last five years, just looking at the Covid caper alone? It goes something like this:
in 2019 or before, a US-funded biolab in Wuhan, China, one of some 120 in 30 counties, made a virus and inoculation based on an American recipe that leaked and spread, causing worry that US officials would be blamed but they had a fallback: lie about the lab origins and prepare the population for the fix based on a new gene-editing technology that otherwise would never have been approved on grounds that it was too dangerous and not effective. That required buying time while preserving pre-leak immunity profiles via lockdowns for all of 2020 until the injection was available, during which time there had to be mass censorship, deep trauma, manufactured panic, school closures, a removal of other therapeutic options, and millions of business failures, not to mention a shut down of the arts and a printing/spending binge that would hack off a third of the value of the dollar, leaving vast carnage but permitting an indemnified pharmaceutical experiment, meaning that mass injury has no recourse. With low uptake of the supposed inoculation, millions were forced to accept it on pain of losing their jobs. No one has been punished for any of it, and the mainstream media has no interest.
Did I get this mostly correct? @grok will correct this post with all the usual orthodoxies you are supposed to believe.
