@MetabolicHell All variations of sandbag lifting are perfect, especially the sandbag to shoulder. Concentric, explosive, challenging, novel, fun, back-chain dominant, and at a deep teleological level it's probably one of the motions a human body is designed to do
I understand the sentiment and I even largely agree with it, but I think you misidentified and there's a mistake in understanding masculine/feminine behaviors. Your second sentence is self-contradictory: something can't be both feminizing (increasing differentiation) as well as transgenderizing (decreasing differentiation). It's not a spectrum where male and female are on opposite sides and transgenders are in the middle. More so masculine/feminine are two sides of the same healthy coin and transgenders are opposite to both. Estrogen is the essential of transgenderism and Progesterone positively differentiates both sexes.
@BigolWave I think those “low status” guys with physically/mentally stressful jobs likely aromatize more. Higher T but also higher E. And those features are estrogenic, estrogen drives undifferentiated yeast-like growth (cancer), aka large but formless curves
@5HTskeptic I agree for extreme/acute medical cases, but for general health, aren't most mitochondrial peptides based on activating stress responses? MOTS-C activates AMPK, SLUPP332 increases fatty acid oxidation, etc.
