@HMRCcustomers So I received a penalty notice letter in the post for not completing my self assessment in time. I’m simply trying to pay it online, the letter told me to go to https://t.co/PDcDh1bCYu and follow the instructions. It then takes me to a page asking for a ref number I don’t have

@CauldronFoods what on gods green earth has happened to your sausages? They’ve been a family favourite of ours for well over a decade. Such a shame that by making them vegan, they are now utterly inedible. I won’t be buying them again. Happy veganuary #disappointed
@O2 What do you mean ‘you’re sorry that not all customers were successful?’ How was anyone successful when the The O2 app was down all day and night yesterday? Absolute shambles. @ThreeUK customers didn’t seem to have a problem.
What a joke! My poor mother in law is still waiting for a reply from @Airbnb_uk after our accommodation was cancelled and forced to rebook costing an extra £500. After being promised a coupon by ‘Jenneffer’ 3 months ago, we are still yet to receive any compensation. Disgusting.
