MY RED PAPERCLIP TRADING EXPERIMENT
A π§΅
440 days ago i created this Red Paperclip NFT. Inspired by the real life version where Kyle Mcdonald traded his way from one paperclip to owning property in 14 trades over a year.....
@AFuckingNobody@stillrichierich@metakovan At the time, it was really easy to see that we were in a mega bubble and the jpeg party wouldn't last forever.
I got out alive as well as many others.
I was happy to get anyone to sell back then as it was THE move.
The poor buyers tho π π€·π€·
@andywalkerhq I had to source a tiguan battery a while ago (UK)
The price was 280 quid for the battery plus an additional 100 quid to "code" the battery.
The labour your paying for isn't so much the putting in of the battery, but more the coding side.
Its kinda scammy tbh
@GoingParabolic If you are wondering who bought them..... Have a look on bitcointalk in the collectibles section. That's the exact place where these are sold.
Are you trying to say its you?
Just listen to the joy in his voice at seeing such a thing, he starts crying out of the pure happinessβ€οΈ
RIP stranger that made a place in my mind.

Tonight I found out that "double rainbow guy" actually died in 2020 but had meticulously scheduled YouTube uploads which would see him over til 2035.
Its one of those "if you know you know" things, especially for anyone who played borderlands 2 back in the day.
Il leave a link to the video here which, for some reason has been engrained in my memory for years.
Every time I see a double rainbow, I always revert back to this core memory π
@justintrimble Every time you mention Mooncats I always think about Tyler Gaye (NFTMachine) and how proud he'd be that your shilling his bags.
He was a real POS.
