@FarFromWeak @stripe @stripesupport Yes, I realized that I was talking to PR from the beginning. By email it's even worse. I had to insist for days to get an answer and they keep repeating "...we are aware of the problem and working on it..." It's annoying. That way they give a bad impression.

@stripesupport @stripe I need to update my bank account details to receive payments, but the Stripe website won't allow it. The page could not be loaded. I've been waiting for support since last Friday morning. You say you have 24/7 support, but that's not true.

We decided to use @stripe on our website, but since March 24th we have been having problems with our account and technical support is non-existent. YES: NO SUPPORT. Frustrating....
