Judges are supposed to be neutral arbiters and fact finders.  But in Family Court, judges take sides at the very start and set the narrative.  Then, any evidence that goes against the narrative is thrown out, no matter how incontrovertible (and false “evidence” is made up).

What do you think? Is Gen Z innocent and just got a bad deal at the wrong time? or are some of them also responsible for their situation because they made lousy choices on what they studied and they overspent for those degrees?

The post-traumatic stress disorder caused by false allegations and wrongful convictions is huge, and growing due to media and political pressure to pursue deeply spurious - or malicious - cases. The loved ones of the accused are no less affected
