ये है HAM पार्टी के प्रवक्ता दानिश रिजवान, जो केंद्रीय मंत्री जीतन राम मांझी के करीबी माने जाते हैं, इनका एक वीडियो वायरल हो रहा है। इस वीडियो में वे एक विवाह समारोह के दौरान, सैकड़ों लोगों के बीच, पुलिसकर्मी की सरकारी पिस्टल से खुलेआम फायरिंग करते दिखाई दे रहे हैं।

अब सवाल यह है कि –
जब एक आम नागरिक के लिए आर्म्स एक्ट (संशोधन 2019) की धारा 25(9) के तहत हर्ष फायरिंग एक ग���भीर अपराध है, तो क्या सत्ता से जुड़े लोगों के मामलों में भी @bihar_police उतनी ही सख्ती दिखा पाएगी?

बिहार पुलिस से आग्रह है कि इस मामले में निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी जांच सुनिश्चित की जाए, और यदि आरोप सही पाए जाते हैं तो दानिश रिजवान के खिलाफ कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए। साथ ही संबंधित पुलिसकर्मी की भूमिका की भी जांच कर उचित कार्रवाई की जाए।
