@realstevejazzy @lipstickgiraffe @Iyahvillanueva3 It can be done. I do it all the time. You just need to manage brightness, diffusion, flexibility, and throw distance. I spend 3 months in r&d experiments for one build alone to get the look I wanted.

2. She HAND STITCHED El wire into them. Led strips are not a good choice. Diffusion would be a nightmare on a flexible piece with that short a throw. Her method works well.
@UncleJessy4Real I swear people are scared to learn and it frustrates me. I'm over here working on a blog post about hot glue tricks and I hope people buckle their seatbelts because there will be an entire section on evaporation cooling, physical glue bonds, and porous vs non porous materials.
@BillieRubenMake If it was incorporated into a pocket then it could work well. If I remember right, The inefficiency of those chargers is based on distance so some thin cloth between the charger and the phone should work. Would be a cool project for sure.

Random late night engineering thoughts. Does the metric system inherently create higher accuracy when taking measurements in cm (or better mm) then the imperial system? 1/16" is worse than 1mm resolution and 1/32" is better but is it inherently easier to measure to 1mm vs 1/32"
@SoloRoboto I feel your pain. Google support is a nightmare. I spent 15 hours on the phone over the weekend. They literally deleted my phone service so I could rent a movie with credits from the rewards app. They couldn't provision my phone onto the network again. I finally did it myself!
He was would also just bang on the board with his middle finger at some random point when we asked a question. Hard to figure out differential equations when the teacher is just flipping you off and banging on transcribed notes.
I had an engineering teacher who had dimensia and wasn't able to understand what he was teaching. He just repeated his notes on the board. He glitched one day because he scribbled out the page numbers due to a book change and just said "turn to page umptity ump"...

@MarkRober I still don't know why no one tries to use microwave transmissions to do it. Every radio station in the country has an STL link. It's a line of sight beam that can be measured and you can dive 30 miles or so to where is slams into the ground and vanishes.
