23 years ago, beautiful lives were lost on 9/11, including my @SaintRays track teammate, Shawn Nassaney. It was a day where we mourned a horrific tragedy, but also when I doubled down on fighting hate, fostering love & celebrating kindness. Let's all keep fighting for that.
