@MorganBroadcast phone and card stolen, savings taken the bank said must have written pin down- can now see how they got it. Went to financial ombudsman who got @TSB to remove fraud indicator as they said was complicit!! Very horrible situation and lost a lot of money and bank accused me of fraud
@susman1707 @British_Airways@hadisirika@MinTransportNG@fmaviationng The food is always inedible on BA but burnt is truly special. You should get the attendants name and complain directly to BA. It’s awful on such a big airline it’s 50/50 on stewards/stewardesses being polite to their customers!

They’ve gone quiet again- no doubt because I’ve responded here now they’ll pipe up saying they’ve dealt with it as they have with you....even though our issues have now moved on to how they’ve dealt with the issue...
@Victorianplumb I’m still waiting for a response to my complaint. 2 months later issue has been resolved in that I finally have working equipment however awaiting response from VP.

@Victorianplumb This has been rejected as unacceptable my complaint is still open- damaged items received on 3 occasions! 2 on the first delivery and a wait of a month to get replacement??
@Victorianplumb I demand a call- do not start posting my personal details online. My complaint is still outstanding- you have said a gwg has been given but won’t actually say what it is. I am awaiting a response to my complaint.
@Victorianplumb No manager emailed me on the 7th. I assumed the one line misspelt email was from frontline staff- nothing was addressed please do not come and lie on a public forum to save face.
@Victorianplumb Just read my complaint email which details the numerous errors by Victoria plumbing. I don’t know why it is so hard for the company to respond to a customer complaint.
@Victorianplumb My response has not been replied to. £45 does not cover the cost and stress of having unsuitable bathroom parts, and waiting 1 month for replacements and the numerous plumber visits. My email of the 10th has not been answered.
It has been over 10 days since complaint raise (which the advisor didn’t want to do) and they also messed up again on me getting replacement I had to call again on Monday to be told that. It just got worse and worse and VP have compounded the issues. Order number 3142727.
