Public comment period for the COGCC's virtual meeting this morning. Commissioner Jankovsky, Garfield County: Since SB181 was signed into law local operations have dwindled from 5 rigs to 1 rig, and that's not due to prices. SB181 is an urban bill at the cost of rural Colorado.
