@serdalton@BarryAnderson_ I understand your confusion. This is not Utah. Bidhannagar, India, is also known as Salt Lake City, which can create confusion for those more familiar with Utah’s capitol.
@WillemGouwsSAP1 @alardah91@Partisan_12 For me, condemning Hamas and still calling the mass killing and maiming of children immoral go hand in hand. Wanting those kids to live doesn’t excuse Hamas; it’s just about valuing every human life.
@WillemGouwsSAP1 @alardah91@Partisan_12 I fully agree Hamas did something horrific and using civilians as shields is wrong. I just also can’t ignore that bombs don’t discriminate; they hit kids, parents, people who had no say in any of this.
@USAFSP71 If you want to invoke your service, that should mean standing with the law and with the troops who are expected to refuse illegal orders, not mocking a member of Congress for treating an alleged “kill everybody” order as what it is: something that may be a crime, not a flex.
@USAFSP71 The Law of War Manual and the Geneva rules it’s based on are clear: you don’t shoot shipwrecked survivors or people who are hors de combat. That’s not “draining the swamp,” it’s exactly the kind of conduct you trained against.
For context, I also do my own independent research as well as work with a therapist for an intended multimodal approach.
I want to show my doctor that he is dismissing the impact of treatment and, by extension, his inaction.
@ADHD_Alien my doctor withheld the medication for 9 days, not sending it to a pharmacy that could fulfill it. Confronted about his inaction he told me,
“Medication is to make a difference but not be life altering.”
Would you say being medicated was life altering for you?
