Hey @SouthwestAir,
I’m beyond frustrated.
Your system incorrectly shows that I boarded and flew in seat 5A on a flight that I never boarded. Because your records say I traveled, my refund request was denied.
I’ve now spent 57 minutes on one phone call alone—and several more calls totaling hours of my own time—trying to correct what appears to be an error in your records.
The response? “Our records indicate that you traveled on that flight.”
Not only am I out about $260 for the ticket, but after hours of trying to resolve this, I wasn’t even offered a voucher?!
If your boarding records are showing that someone flew when they never set foot on the aircraft, that’s a major concern and something every traveler should care about. From my perspective, it’s unbelievable for passenger records to be this far off!

If @SouthwestAir can’t hold operations together at Dallas Love Field — the airport basically built around Southwest — what exactly are we doing here?
5 hour delay.
Rolling fake departure times all day.
Pulled checked bags with no answers.
Staff saying the delay could be anywhere from “minutes to hours.” At this point Southwest is just teaching passengers why checking a bag is a mistake

@AmericanAir 6hr delay@SF. Didn’t fly. Boarding hadn’t started. Asked staff to pull my checked 🧳— nope. Baggage office-nope. TSA reg. require bags be pulled when a passenger isn’t boarding. Bag is now ✈️ to Chicago without me. @DOTransportation #AmericanAirlines#PassengerRights
Well I’ve officially found the most inefficient rideshare pickup system in the U.S. — and it’s at LAX.
@flyLAXairport this setup is brutal. Confusing zones, huge crowds, and impossible logistics with luggage. Who thought this was a good passenger experience?
@AmericanAir Your rebooking site crashed after my flight was canceled (documented). I canceled only to recover miles because AA’s system failed. Now you want me to pay 4–5× more to fly today. That’s not acceptable. System override….should be obvious 🤯
@AmericanAir@AmericanAir Six hours of delays → midnight cancellation → broken rebooking site → unavailable chat → 2+ hr phone waits → airport lines. This isn’t “weather.” This is systemic failure. Do better.
@Chase sure is proud of “the most ATMs in US.”
POV: enter your pin-wait 30 sec for menu to load-deposit stack of crisp, clean bills-Chase ATM: “can’t read”Fossil aged tech that vomits your cash back as if allergic to 💵 . I mean why fix ATM’s? just add more duh. 🥴 @OIGFedCFPB
@Chase@JPMorgan — the egocentric uncle: knows everybody, ghosts when accountability calls, and backstabs multi-decade clients.
Me: dozens of 📞 minutes after over $1.4K was stolen. @ChaseSupport managers? “Unavailable.”
Checking account drained. Sucked dry.
@CFPB @CNN
@Chase has the courage to be careless with my money, the audacity to be actively negligent with my account, but not the courage to speak to me. Management hasn’t shown the dignity or loyalty you’d expect after 10+ years as a customer.
I won’t quit. #ChaseFail#RegE#Accountable
@ChaseSupport “defrauded” isn’t a magic word to erase federal law.
@Chase — you’ve had 4 months and 70 opportunities to fix this. I’m not backing down until this Reg E violation is corrected.Transparency and accountability matter.
#ChaseFail#ConsumerRights#RegE@OIGFedCFPB
@Chase@ChaseSupport
Every credible consumer-protection source I’ve checked confirms this is a clear violation of Regulation E. I reported the scam within minutes, provided proof, and have meticulous logs of every call, message, and denial since @OIGFedCFPB
@Chase@ChaseSupport Following up with @Chase. It’s been four months since the June 13 scam incident. Over 70 calls, messages, and escalations — yet I’ve never once been allowed to speak with a manager. Clear violations of Regulation E continue, disguised under vague “defaulted”
@CashApp Sure wish @CashApp would put some of that toward the $1400 of mine they allowed to be released to “BABYHAWK” 🙄
don’t even tell me that babyhawk is not a Cash App employee. Easy to cover your own ass when you’re committing fraud from the inside out.
@Chase@ChaseSupport@CashSupport@CashApp all act rather suspiciously when details that could have avoided this fraud are raised—like the name “BabyHawk” not getting flagged, or the fact that the scammer knew the approximate balance in my account 😳😳, or the fact I had a Chase credit card, and knew which financial apps I use—both companies are quick to ignore and/or deflect how all of that personal information could have leaked. NO ONE should have known all of that info but myself. And I sure as hell have never shared any of that publicly. Thanks…? For doing it for me?
I’m beginning to believe that someone on the inside—perhaps even an employee—owns or is connected to the account BABYHAWK. How convenient to brush off questions about that account, or how convenient not to flag it when a large transfer goes through, or how convenient not to look into the transaction when I call 7 MINUTES after the fraud took place—and is still pending, but you tell me there’s nothing you can do. Sure, it’s VERY convenient to behave that way, if you’re the owner of that account and are the scammer yourself. And if that’s true, this isn’t just a scam. It’s internal fraud hiding in plain sight.
@CFPB @CFPBoard — I’m asking again: Investigate this.
If it happened to me, it’s happening to others. And if you could hear the responses in the tone of voice that I received from the employees from these two businesses over the phone, you’d be disgusted. Asking that justice be served here.

@Chase@ChaseSupport@CashApp@CashSupport may the @bbb_us and OCC hold your hand to the accountability table, since you seem to struggle to find your way there on your own.
Thank you for all the stress, over a dozen phone calls, secure messages, and general runaround you’ve given me the past 24 days.
Chase has routinely flagged and blocked legitimate transactions—such as an attempt I made to purchase a $900 airline ticket through a verified mobile app not long before this situation. Often times, anything over $125 is IMMEDIATELY flagged and I receive a call of text to confirm. Yet no such scrutiny was applied to this far more suspicious and unauthorized $1,400 transfer to Cash App — an app that is frequently associated with scams and fraud.

@Chase@ChaseSupport
On June 29, 2025, I called about a serious fraud case — a scammer impersonated Chase and stole $1,400 via Cash App. The call was dropped mid-hold, and no one followed up.
I reported it while the transaction was still pending. I’ve made multiple calls and kept detailed logs of every attempt to resolve this.
I’ve done the work. You’ve done nothing.
