@AlexReimer1 We all would like to know what we are paying for. Bombs, golf outings and a repaved highway don’t seem like a fair trade, to me anyway. Ukraine and Iran get a nice chunk of it every once in a while too. Hard time figuring out why people want to give them more money and say.
@Stellartonian@anthonyzenkus Yeah, they’re doing great, they’ll rig raft out of barrels and tarps and old car engines so they can motor 90 miles across the Gulfstream this country but they do that for sport because it’s so awesome there
@scrolling67 @SavageSports_ You should read about it sometime… I bet you’ll be surprised at how stupid and minuscule it really is. Almost as stupid as blaming .5lb of air pressure for Bill Polian’s colts team losing 45-7
@scrolling67 @SavageSports_ I’ve been listening to this nonsense for like 20 years now about the cheating and it’s always like headline deep. The people who scream it the loudest have almost no idea what they are talking about other than a single article they skimmed in 2007.
@scrolling67 @SavageSports_ Case closed. Keep him out of the hall because Mike Tomlin’s headset acted up and that explains why NE always beat him. This is stupid and every dumb explanation short of he/they did it better than the other teams of that era is lame. Dislike him. It’s ok. He’s a HOF’er though
@scrolling67 @SavageSports_ Oh yea well if Tomlin said then of course. They must have had radio scramblers that only attacked Tomlin’s headsets. He was 5-2 in Pittsburgh… did he bring the scramblers with him?
@scrolling67 @SavageSports_ Just say you don’t like him because he beat your team all the time. It’s more respectable than just spewing nonsense and regurgitating headlines you read 15 years ago. Not that you should, but if you want to take away those 2 years. Still a HOF resume by a mile.
@scrolling67 @SavageSports_ You don’t know what you’re talking about here. The deflated balls came the week before in the afc championship game. A game NE won by like 5 scores. They played the Seahawks after it all came to light with balls that had .5lbs more of pressure in them and the score was never 28-3
@DanGC87 @lewyitfc@oufanatic21_ks@JimmyJohnson Oh wow! This changes everything!! I never heard of these. I definitely didn’t live through it and read every article and understand what actually happened deeply. Thanks for bringing it to light for everyone!
@Tqlax21 @COTYSpo @PatrickMahomes@AdamSchefter I love Tom Brady as a player. By 2005 he was a top 2 qb in the league. If he was drafted by the Jets, Browns, Bengals, Lions, etc back then I really don’t think we would know his name. He was developed by the right guys.
@Tqlax21 @COTYSpo @PatrickMahomes@AdamSchefter Stop, he got lucky for 20 years? You don’t like him, that’s fine but minimizing his role in twenty years of excellence is ignorant. Dungy didn’t do it with manning, Shula couldn’t do it with Marino. No one has ever done it with anyone like they did. He played a huge part.
@COTYSpo @PatrickMahomes@AdamSchefter Tried to cut him? He was the coach and the GM. If he wanted to cut him he would have cut him. If we are talking about late in his career then maybe but that doesn’t take away from the point that you wouldn’t have known Brady without Bill.
@Tqlax21 @COTYSpo @PatrickMahomes@AdamSchefter Brady was the 199th pick. Bill drafted him. Bledsoe went down Brady got the call and Bill had the balls to stick with Brady that year even when his face of the franchise top dollar qb was healthy and ready to play again. Now obvious good call, at the time it was a ballsy decision
