Major news out of the CCBC. The conference has added the University Baseball Club @ UBC. With the addition, the conference has also expanded to 36 games. Finally, the Canadian College World Series format has also been changed to feature only the top 6 teams. #canadasleague

FYI... Alberta teacher's were offered 12% over four years, which is 3% each year, not 12% in one year.

For some background... teacher's have had a 0% increase in NINE of the past 12 years. And the few years they got a raise it was 1.8% and 2%.

But their main concern isn't money. It is class size, funding for curriculum, special needs and more.

Families should be aware how much lower our education bar is in Alberta now compared to the past, due to cuts in funding and grossly oversized classrooms. This makes learning more challenging for your children or grandchildren.

Education should be one of our top priorities.

The title of the album refers to the basement of the McLaren Hotel that served as the band's rehearsal studio.

The album was certified Gold in Canada.

SJP’s Grady Shesky and Dominick Fader on a road trip and came back with medals. The duo were picked to join SWEMBA’s 13U AA Black Team for the Western Canada Baseball Championships in Winnipeg. The team won silver! Congrats from the SJP family!
