I was a teenager when this happened and I saw it on TV. I didn't understand it but I knew they were trying to make her look crazy and I knew there was a lot they weren't telling me about it.
Anyone else around my age remember this?

Canada's position is criminal. Not a single condemnation of the Minab school massacre, where the US killed 160 children. Digging in, Canada's overlooking international law & siding w/ war criminals.
A govt that defends war crimes abroad will defend crimes on Canadian soil.
Carney supported the kidnapping of Maduro & his wife. He supports US sanctions on Cuba. He never condemned the Minab school massacre. He regurgitates Zionist talking points. He supports Trump's "annihilation" of Iran.
What more must he say before Canadians hold him accountable??
Imagine if Stalin or Mao had threatened to annihilate an entire nation from the UN podium. Western media would use it forever as proof of communist barbarism. But when an American president does it, they call it foreign policy.
@letterboxd Current favorite would have to be either Hard Boiled or The Killer, although finally getting a definitive release for Bullet in the Head has put that one up there as well.
@letterboxd The first would have been Hard Target. I remember seeing the trailer that summer before Jurassic Park, and thinking that it looked awesome. "From internationally acclaimed action director John Woo" stuck with me afterwards, so I would always look for his films from then on.
some of canada's worst people (jason kenney, CFIB president) are arguing that Canada's unions have got it too easy, that labour laws have been pushed too far in their favour. this is fucking nonsense and you do not have to pay attention to these people.
@deluxewtc My friends and I were going back through some PPV's from that era, and I remember us dying at one where the audience let out an audible "ugggh" when his music hit. Not a boo, just the sound of thousands of people instantly checking out.
