This is unacceptable and criminal. This issue should have been fixed the FIRST time this happened. The crap that health insurance gets away with in this country is disgusting. @AnthemBlueCross fix this issue for my mother. She’s in enough pain as it is. (3/3)

My mother collapsed on Sunday evening and had to go to the hospital. @AnthemBlueCross has an issue in their system with her plan, so the hospital is saying her plan was cancelled in 2013. She’s been a paying member for over a decade. No one will help her from Anthem (1/3)

And this isn’t even the first time this has happened. Now the hospital is saying she’ll have to pay out of pocket. She is worried she’ll be on the hook for tens of thousands of $ while ALSO paying over $1k per month on her plan (2/3)
