Go do it. I'm ready to fight reviewers and editors who ask me to cite papers buried (dead or alive) by Elsevier and others. Research hidden behind a paywall is research not published.
Once again a rejection from @ASEconf2020, which - as most years - could become an accept after some slight improvements. I think its time to adjust the publishing system to have associated journals for our SE conferences, which allow for minor revisions just like, e.g., VLDB
