EVERY STRENGTH HAS A SHADOW.
Reality exists in shades of gray, even when we try to define it in black and white. In other words, reality is far more complex than simple labels of good and bad.
PERFECTIONISM can produce excellent work, but it can also stop you from ever feeling satisfied with your progress.
INDEPENDENCE can make you strong and self-reliant, but refusing help can make life harder than it needs to be.
STRESS can motivate you to prepare and perform, but living under constant pressure can leave you mentally and physically exhausted.
POWER can be used to serve others, or it can be used to control them.
COMPETITIVENESS can push you to improve and reach your potential, but it can also make you compare yourself to everyone around you.
KNOWLEDGE can solve problems and improve lives, but without wisdom, it can be misused.
On the other hand, LOVE, PASSION, and MOTIVATION can also lead to disappointment and misery when they are not handled wisely.
Just like a knife, it can be used to prepare a meal or to cause harm.
The knife itself is neither good nor bad.
What matters is the intention and the way it is used.
What creates the difference is not what it is, but how it is used.
Remember John Wick? He killed a man with a pencil.
Not because the pencil was powerful, but because he knew how to use it.
Tools can be used constructively or destructively.
The same principle applies to many things in life.
Our habits, emotions, thoughts and personal traits are not inherently good or bad. Whether they build us or break us depends on how we choose to manage them.
Their impact depends on how they are directed.
Many of the qualities we admire can become destructive when taken too far, while many things we criticize can become valuable when used wisely.
Nothing is purely good or bad.
The difference often lies not in the thing itself, but in how it is used.

personally, i admire @im_roy_lee's mindset, confidence, and willingness to take risks in building @cluely.
the way i see it, bold ideas always look controversial at first. what seems like an advantage today often becomes the norm tomorrow.

THE HIDDEN VALUE OF NEGATIVE EMOTIONS
Most people see emotions as either positive or negative.
Reality is not that simple.
Some of the emotions we try hardest to avoid can actually serve a purpose.
GUILT can push you to become better.
FEAR can make you prepare.
PAIN can make you stronger.
ANGER can help you set boundaries.
Even ENVY can show you what you truly want in life.
Even STRESS is not always the enemy.
A manageable amount of stress can sharpen focus, improve performance, and prepare you for challenges.
The problem begins when stress controls you instead of you controlling it.
The goal is not to eliminate every uncomfortable emotion.
The goal is to understand what it is trying to teach you.
Emotions are signals.
Some warn us.
Some guide us.
Some push us to grow.
What matters is not what you feel, but how you respond to it.

I BELIEVE ADDICTION IS NOT ALWAYS A BAD THING.
IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU'RE ADDICTED TO.
Addiction is strange. It can be your worst enemy or your greatest advantage.
You can spend hours on social media doomscrolling through random content, or you can use the same platform to learn something new every day.
You can crave junk food, or you can build a habit of eating healthy and taking care of yourself.
Most people try to eliminate every obsession from their lives, but the truth is that human beings naturally become attached to things.
The real question is not whether you're addicted.
The real question is what you're addicted to.
Your habits shape your future.
Your obsessions determine your direction.
Your daily cravings become your daily actions.
Since your mind will be drawn to something anyway, direct it toward what helps you grow.
Your addiction is a currency. Spend it on what compounds, not what consumes.
CHOOSE YOUR ADDICTION WISELY.

anthropic turning profitable is a strong sign that ai is becoming a sustainable business, not just a wave of hype. but even with ai handling more coding, it often feels like companies have replaced manual work with reviewing unverified outputs and prompt tweaking, which is why i think the era of human programmers isn't ending anytime soon.
ai has automated parts of programming, but it has not freed programmers.
from what i have seen, we write less code and spend more time verifying outputs, managing context, and handling hallucinations.
the bottleneck has shifted from writing software to supervising intelligence.
people deeply into philosophy, psychology, spirituality, art, music, poetry, literature, creativity, introspection, self awareness, imagination, emotion, empathy, wisdom, curiosity, purpose, and meaningful human connection feel so rare today. its like the world slowly stopped romanticizing depth and started rewarding surface level conversations instead
a decade and more of what pain continues to teach me is dangerous, but deeply true :
1. humans unconsciously love to suffer.
2. pain can feel productive.
3. emotional patterns become addictive.
4. suffering starts feeling safer than peace.

Can someone please help me to recover/log into my Discord account? Discord randomly logged me out for verification and now every password says “login or password is invalid” even after resets. I don’t know if this is a glitch from Discord’s side or what, but I had many important programs and documents there. Please help if anyone knows a fix.
