@CollinRugg TX here. We’ve had so many Californians move to San Antonio,Austin,Houston they are driving up home prices so much bc they sell their 900sqft crapbox for $825k then move to TX and buy 2 brand new build houses w cash. Native Texans can’t afford a home anymore. Stay in Cali!
