Hey guys,

I’ve been thinking about something for a while and wanted to share it honestly.

I genuinely love what I do. Being able to show up, share my life, and express myself creatively means a lot to me. I appreciate that people feel inspired by that. That’s always been part of the goal. At the same time, I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t get a little discouraging sometimes when I see my ideas, style, or even the way I express things mirrored so closely. There’s a difference between being inspired and directly replicating someone’s patterns to the point where it stops feeling original. Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of very familiar echoes of my work and personality show up in other places, and I won’t pretend that doesn’t get frustrating. I put a lot of intention into what I create, and I value having a distinct voice.
I’m not here to gatekeep creativity. I just value originality, not only for myself but for others.

This is just something that’s been sitting with me heavy and I don’t know how to navigate my feelings with the subject😕
