@SirProdigle Where are you getting the idea that you can't wear it? It's still an item that has a designated slot. It just also has an on-use effect to unlock the appearance in your Collections.

@Felaryn Nothing on this tooltip indicates that it can't be enjoyed without using Transmog.

From what I can see, this is still an item with a designated slot. I imagine you can use it to unlock the appearance and also still equip it if you want.

@sivhades I just hope the droprates are super low. That's one thing about OSRS that works well; the content stays relevant because the grinds also take a decent amount of time. It'd be cool to see a "scaling droprate" (more likely to get at low levels when kills are harder).

No word on 2nd PTR session or launch.

Players need to make plans. Any info is better than nothing, even if it's "we don't know."
