- The name for the costume I came up with was based on the Alebrijes, where I often saw donkey ones being referred to as lil burros. Rooster ended up in the name due to the significant presence of rooster motifs throughout the design. 4/4

- Used the rooster-esque tail to imitate a luchador's cape. In addition, the lace-up leg warmers and face patterning are a reference to lucha libre, and Blue Demon (a luchador), if you look hard enough. 3/4

- The usage of masks started to imitate cock fighting, so similarly I decided to use some colors and shapes that would help look Rooster-ish
- Alebrijes are animal fusions, chimeralike, so I picked a rooster and a donkey combo
-Sprinkled candy into the design cause dudes a piñata
