I believe the universe is the way it is for a reason, and it is beyond my understanding to decide what should be or shouldn't be. This goes for personal feelings & attitudes as well as whatever occurs externally. Paying attention and reacting how I feel best fits will have to do.
Reading other people's insights can stretch your mind to explore new areas and possibly give you new tools to examine life with, but I'm assuming they cultivated their "wisdom" by following their unique calling. Copying someone else's ideas or practices doesn't feel fitting.
When times are good, it's easy to get complacent and lose focus. The tough times are the best motivator to tighten your focus and learn what is needed to carry on.

@wheelofsoul But why does our universe operate this way? Most people dont even realize clarity is an option. They make their decisions through distortion even though I'm sure they'd choose clarity if they knew it existed.
If God is real and all powerful, then wouldn't everything be exactly as God intended it to be? If not, God could certainly change it to something it would prefer.
When someone seems to be delivering you advice that your own mind and energy created, it feels like this must be true or everything is perfectly aligned. But really is this even what it means? Either way, just let it happen and don't make it into something it is not.
When analyzing situations and thinking of new ideas or philosophies, it seems important to keep in mind these ideas might not even be right. With that in mind, you allow the freedom to investigate the situation from more angles.
