Pues nada, @MrBeast nos ha estafado a todos a través de @Vyro , clausulas abusivas y secretas para quitarnos todo lo generado y obtener publicidad gratis.
@MrBeast has straight-up scammed all of us through
@Vyro with abusive, hidden clauses just to steal everything we’ve created and get free advertising.
The platform expressly permits publication subject to a single primary condition: that the content be submitted in English and comply with its stated quality and textual standards.
Upon review and approval of the post—which confirms that it has successfully passed all applicable filters—the creator is allowed to begin generating revenue from it.However, once the creator has earned a substantial amount of income, the platform retroactively declares that the content no longer meets those same requirements and proceeds to revoke the approval, remove the post, and withhold or claw back all associated earnings, despite the fact that the material had previously been fully vetted and approved. This pattern of conduct amounts to outright fraud and bad-faith administration of the platform's terms.
Such actions are not only arbitrary and inconsistent but also appear designed to deprive creators of legitimately earned compensation once a certain earnings threshold is reached.I am confident that this matter will ultimately be resolved in a court of law, where the platform will be required to account for its deceptive and unconscionable practices.
I trust you will give this serious issue the immediate attention it warrants and take prompt corrective action.
