Short sales have seen a 31% increase from one year ago. Yet, this is only 12 extra sales. On one hand, let’s not ignore change happening in front of us, but let’s also not inflame sensationalism by focusing on percentage change with tiny numbers.
Bit disappointed in Sonnet 5.
In default high thinking mode, it seems like it's higher cost and lower quality than Opus 4.8 (testing with generating company initiations).
Sonnet 5 with medium effort thinking seems better; slightly pricier than Sonnet 4.6 but higher quality.
One day I will tell the story of the scars we at Opendoor have because we've supported @pulte and President Trump as they've pushed to make housing more affordable for the average American, especially through the great work done by Fannie.
@CaleCrypto@KevinSzabo14 Most cafes superheat their coffee and put it in a vacuum type of container because they don’t have the volume, this is not ideal. Everywhere I go I try the best dedicated coffee shops, and it’s rarely ever better to be honest.
@CaleCrypto@KevinSzabo14 Dunkin’ Donuts is probably closer. I really like coffee and you’re wrong here. They have a really good system where coffee is brewed on demand, before that it was turned over frequently so it wouldn’t sit.
Love it when you can give AI instructions like "this generated chart is slow; speed it up" and it reduces the load time from 4.8 seconds to 42ms.
Only problem is I can't remember if the previous terrible code was written by an inferior model or by me manually being terrible.
@neilcybart There's nothing to defend.
Memory is in limited supply so the market finds a price.
It's Apple's choice whether they absorb it or pass it on or boost their profits from it.
A friend of mine, @bp22, did his podcast about three years ago and I tagged along because I was in town visiting him. Ryan thought I was his assistant or some hanger on, and was extremely condescending and dismissive.
The funniest part is that not long before that, his brand had been DMing me trying to send advance copies of his books, presumably hoping I’d promote them on my feed.
The way he treated me and Bill’s driver was eye-opening. Funny how people reveal themselves when they think someone isn’t “important.”
And for context, this was before I had really posted much politically. At that point my feed was mostly sports and my dogs.
