I hosted a delegation from @CiscoAfrica .Our discussions majored on their support for Kenya's Digital Acceleration Program and the upcoming launch of the Cisco Cybersecurity Center.
The Center is going to foster talent development in crucial areas such as entrepreneurship, cybersecurity, and advanced digital technologies. Additionally, Cisco's Edge Innovate and Edge Educate programs are set to play a pivotal role in driving innovation and education,contributing to Kenya's digital transformation journey.

The Department of Communications and Digital Technologies signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Cisco Technology and Services South Africa that will see the country and Cisco explore potential areas for collaboration.

The signing was attended by Minister Mondli Gungubele, Cisco Global CEO Chuck Robbins, Director-General of the Department, Nongqubela Jordan-Dyantyi and CISCO South Africa Country Manager, Smangele Nkosi.
