@Simone54628 Hi! The app uses your built-in email client so go through your general settings and make sure you’re properly logged in. Also make sure that your email is listed under passwords and accounts. Good luck!

@wendywan @BombzDa It has always been our objective to develop an Android version but i takes a lot of time and since this is just a side-business for my boyfriend and I we can’t make any guarantees regarding date for release. @BombzDa Unfortunately Cost Split is only available on iOS, however one of our competitors have taken our name and developed an Android version which looks compatible with ours but isn’t. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@StefanRoell Sorry for not getting back to you and I hope the problem doesn’t remain! We haven’t gotten any other reports of this. Please open the app, press the info symbol, then tripple-tap our logo and send me the debug mail I can take a look at it and see what’s the matter. /Amanda

@propervagabond Hi, have you downloaded our latest version (3.4.1)? We had some difficulties with our former currency rate provider but it should work now. Let me know if the problem remains!

@propervagabond Hi! That’s weird, we haven’t gotten any other reports. Have you updated the app to the latest version 3.4.1? If the problem remains press the info-symbol and then tripple tap our logo to send us a debug so I can take a look at it. Regards Amanda

@hhuddles Hi! We recently changed our currency rate provider and aren’t satisfied, turns out not all currencies are included. We’ll either have to find another provider or build some work-around. In the meantime you will have to add the currency manually. Sorry for the inconvenience!

@DVHA Hi, thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately there’s no way at present to deal with negative expenses but it’s a requested feature! In your example I would probably just change the amount in the original post. Good luck!

@AtulPatel332 Hi! Go to the tab called payback and press the symbol in your upper right corner (a square with an arrow pointing upwards). This will create a pre-written email with the summary included. Good luck! /Amanda
