@ausstockchick Depends by how much. I’d say half of that again are slightly negative. Mine is approx $1000 per year, sometimes more with added expenses, I have just raised the rent, still well below market value. It’s now positive

@just_brash Is he a tax resident of Australia? Do his employees pay tax? This rules aren't designed to punish the top 0.1% they go after the top 20%, the ones already paying 80% of Australias tax.
