@hilaryjuliet_ Why not?? Food stamps are issued to purchase food - not enable illegal drugs. Addictions will always trump hunger pains. Food stamps is not the aid needed; drug detox and rehab programs can be life saving. Taxpayers more prone to pay for that than enable crime or suicide.
