In recent days, the importance of evidence-based medicine grounded in trials has been particularly salient. Finding ways to improve enrollment rates and encourage surrogate decision makers to make choices that align with their loved ones' wishes are important topics.

@USMLE should consider the remote administration of exams and converting exams to P/F given the disruption students have experienced. Program directors should be adaptable as well and de-emphasize the importance of exams administered during and in the aftermath of COVID. 5/6
