🚖 We incorporate travel training into our everyday activities, to help increase confidence and promote independence 🚖

👣We all need a bit of me time, and a pamper session is a great way to relax 👣

💆‍♀️At Daisy Cottages & The Hub, we have staff who have qualifications to deliver reflexology, colour therapy, art therapy & aromatherapy. 💆‍♀️

✍️ We have staff who are qualified to teach functional skills, and will incorporate these skills into everyday activities at the home and the Hub ✍️

🎨 We love to make things at Daisy Cottages & The Hub 🎨

🖌️We hold meaningful arts & crafts sessions, making items we are able to showcase & sell as part of our arts & crafts enterprise. The items we make will be sold at local events and on our Etsy page 🖌️

🏠It is important to continue to develop our independent living skills with our home and day service. 🏠

🍳We support our service users through the process of picking a meal, shopping for the ingredients, and cooking the meal for themselves and their peers with support 🍳

🎾 Sports help us to keep healthy, work as a team, & has a positive impact on our mental well-being 🎾

⚽ Daisy Cottages & The Hub have access to some fantastic individuals who are able to give us their time to teach us & guide us in our sport sessions ⚽

🚶🏼It is important to keep moving so we can keep healthy 🚶🏼
🏃At Daisy Cottages & The Hub we have our very own "walk for wellness" group to keep our bodies moving and healthy🏃
🚶🏾‍♀️The fresh air and exercise helps out fitness and also our mental well-being. 🚶🏾‍♀️

🧑‍🌾Daisy Cottages & The Hub have access to our own allotment plot!
🥕This allows us to plant, care for, and harvest our own ingredients for our meals, at the home and centre
🥔 The process & results are very rewarding, we always have enough to share with our family and friends
