We've talked about what we want The Hub to be, and here is how it will look. We'll have two spacious halls, a communal area, kitchen and storage facilities; a space that will serve as a home for The Scouts and community groups alike in Cottingham.

From coffee mornings to fashion shows, we have already been working hard to raise funds with the support of @Cottinghamscout; but there is still a long way to go! We've been keeping busy so make sure you keep an eye out for upcoming events and our grant applications.

Who are we? Well… we're The Hub, set up by Cottingham Scouts to build a new home that will open up opportunities for Cottingham residents young and old, providing a space to meet and hold events.

Our full name is Cottingham Scout Building Trust, we're even a registered charity (No. 1173934) but we felt The Hub was a name that represents the purpose of the building - we will be a hub for Cottingham, being home to many community groups and creating even more.
