"I was pleased today to meet virtually with Coalition leaders Angus Taylor and Ted O’Brien and a number of Senators, for a constructive discussion about the situation in Iran, the aspirations of the Iranian people, and the future relationship between a free Iran and Australia. 

I am grateful to Mr. Taylor, Mr .O’Brien and their Coalition colleagues for their engagement and for their support for the Iranian people and Australia’s vibrant Iranian community. 

Our discussion focused on the horrific ongoing human rights abuses including the January massacres of over 40,000 protestors, the ongoing executions of young people, the importance of protecting Iranian-Australians from intimidation and foreign interference, and the role Australia can play in supporting the Iranian people’s ongoing fight for liberation and democracy.  

We also discussed the opportunities that could come with a free and democratic Iran. Australia has world-leading expertise in mining, energy, agriculture, education and technology. A free and prosperous Iran could become an important economic and strategic partner for Australia. I briefed Coalition members on the Iran Prosperity Project and our work to prepare now for Iran’s economic recovery and reconstruction. 

We agreed the freedom of the Iranian people should transcend party politics. I would therefore welcome the opportunity to meet Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, Foreign Minister Penny Wong and other members of the Australian Government, as well as continuing my dialogue with the Coalition. 

I also look forward to visiting Australia in person, to meet political leaders from across the spectrum and, importantly, to meet members of the Iranian-Australian community. 

Australia has an opportunity to stand with the Iranian people today while beginning to build a relationship with the free, democratic and prosperous Iran of tomorrow. I am thankful that the Coalition took the first steps to do that, today."

Mahsa became a symbol of something greater: a nation rediscovering its shared strength.

Woman, Life, Freedom was a defining chapter in a struggle built through years of courage and sacrifice. Today, that struggle flows into the Lion and Sun Revolution, bringing Iranians of different generations, backgrounds and political traditions together around a common national purpose: Iran first, freedom for all, and the reclaiming of our country.

We remember Mahsa not only with grief, but with unity and determination. The regime has tried for decades to divide us. Our answer is to stand together.

چهار سال از روزی می‌گذرد که جلادان ضحاک، جان دختر ایران، مهسا امینی، را گرفتند. جمهوری اسلامی گمان می‌کرد می‌تواند خون مهسا را نیز مانند خون بسیاری دیگر پایمال کند، اما یک ایران برای او به پا خاست.

ضحاک، برای آنکه نشان دهد مهسا را به قتل نرسانده است، قلب جوانان دیگری را نیز نشانه گرفت، از نیکا و سارینا تا کیان و خدانور، از حمیدرضا و مجیدرضا تا صدها فرزند دیگر ایران.

چهار سال بعد، ملت ایران در مرحله‌ای دیگر از همان مبارزه ایستاده است. مسیری که از خیزش‌های پیشین گذشت، امروز به انقلاب شکوهمند شیر و خورشید رسیده است، جایی که مبارزات ملت ایران، با همه تجربه‌ها و هزینه‌هایی که پشت سر گذاشته، در یک هدف ملی به هم پیوند خورده است: بازپس‌گیری ایران از رژیم تبهکاری که نزدیک به نیم قرن است میهن‌مان را به گروگان گرفته است.

این همبستگی ملی یک‌شبه به دست نیامده است. پشت آن، راهی طولانی، دشوار و پرهزینه قرار دارد، راهی که ملت ایران از گردهمایی پرشکوه روز کوروش در آبان ۱۳۹۵ آغاز کرد و در دی ۱۳۹۶، آبان ۱۳۹۸ و خیزش‌های ۱۴۰۱ و ۱۴۰۴ به آن تجربه و بلوغ بیشتری بخشید، خیزش‌هایی که هر یک بخشی از ستون‌های انقلاب ملی ایران را شکل داده‌اند.

هر جان فداشده، مسئولیتی بر دوش ما گذاشت؛ و هر فراز و فرود، ملت ایران را برای گام بعدی آماده‌تر کرد. تا امروز که ایرانیان، یک‌صدا و زیر پرچم ملی خود، برای بازپس‌گیری ایران ایستاده‌اند.

یاد مهسا امینی و همه زنان و مردان شجاعی که جان خود را در راه آزادی ایران فدا کردند، برای همیشه در حافظه ملت ایران جاودانه خواهد ماند.

ما راه آنان را تا آزادی و بازپس‌گیری ایران ادامه خواهیم داد.

Twenty-five years ago, in the days after 9/11, Iranians filled Tehran's squares with candles for the American dead, watched by the same security forces that still oppress them today.

While global news networks were broadcasting shocking footage of celebrations in the Middle East region, the people of Iran stood as a profound, solitary exception of human empathy for Americans. The regime chanted death. Our people offered light. Iranians and Americans have never been enemies. We share one common enemy: the Islamic fanaticism that murdered the 2,977, and that has held my country hostage for 47 years. We also share a fundamental common value: liberty. Liberty is the cornerstone on which America is built and what Iranians are fighting for today.

از همه هم‌میهنانم نیز می‌خواهم منتظر درخواست کمک نمانند. اگر خانواده‌ای از جاویدنامان را می‌شناسید، به سراغشان بروید؛ احوالشان را بپرسید، صدایشان را بشنوید و در کنارشان بمانید.

و به شما می‌گویم: کمک خواستن نشانه ضعف نیست. در این روزهای سخت، اجازه دهید در کنار شما باشیم.

حفاظت از جان و سلامت یکدیگر نیز بخشی از مبارزه ما برای ایران است. نگذاریم هیچ خانواده‌ای در این سوگ و رنج تنها بماند.

دست همدیگر را بگیریم.

قیمت دلار امروز از مرز ۲۰۰،۰۰۰ تومان گذشت. امروز قیمت دلار ۲۸،۵۷۱ برابر زمانی است که جمهوری اسلامی به قدرت رسید.

حاصل نزدیک به پنج دهه حاکمیت فساد و ناکارآمدی در جمهوری اسلامی فقر، فساد و ‌انزوا برای ملت ایران بوده است.

تجربه این پنج دهه یک مسئله را برای همه روشن کرده است: در جمهوری اسلامی اصلاح ممکن نیست.

قطار ایران در بهمن ۵٧ از ریل تمدن و پیشرفت خارج شد و امروز جمهوری اسلامی آن را با سرعت هرچه بیشتر به ته دره هدایت می‌کند.

امروز وظیفه تک‌تک ایرانیان از جمله کارمندان دولت و بدنه اداری کشور این است که به هر شکل ممکن با اخلال در فعالیت‌های مخرب جمهوری اسلامی و‌ تضعیف آن زمینه برکنار کردن رژیم و‌ نجات ایران را فراهم کنند.

هم‌میهنان عزیز،

تلاش جمهوری اسلامی برای افزایش قیمت بنزین، بار دیگر بی‌کفایتی و نابسامانی ساختاری بازار انرژی ایران تحت سلطه این رژیم را آشکار کرده است.

در شرایطی که جمهوری اسلامی منابع کشور را صرف تروریست‌های خارجی و سرکوبگران داخلی می‌کند، مقامات نظام و نزدیکانشان در غارت اموال ملی با یکدیگر رقابت می‌کنند و بی‌کفایتی رژیم در اداره کشور کمر خانوارها را شکسته و ایرانیان را فقیر کرده است. تحمیل افزایش قیمت سوخت به مردم، اشتباهی نابخشودنی و خیانتی بزرگ است. نمی‌توان بهای سوخت را با کشورهای دیگر مقایسه کرد، در حالی که درآمد ایرانیان به ریال و زیر خط فقر است.

مسئله سوخت و انرژی در تقریباً همه کشورهای جهان، حتی بسیاری از کشورهایی که منابعی بسیار کمتر از ایران دارند، به‌طور روزمره و بدون بحران مدیریت می‌شود.

از یک سو، مافیای قاچاق سپاه روزانه ده‌ها میلیون لیتر سرمایه ایران را از طریق تانکر، خط لوله و اسکله قاچاق می‌کند و از سوی دیگر، مافیای خودرو، خودروهای بی‌کیفیت و پرمصرف را به ملت تحمیل می‌کند. این فرقه تبهکار که قادر به حل مشکل نیست، از طریق دستگاه پروپاگاندای خود بار کمبود سوخت را بر دوش مردم می‌گذرد و آنها را عامل افزایش مصرف و قاچاق سوخت معرفی می‌کند.

جمهوری اسلامی، رژیمی بی‌کفایت، فاسد و ضدایرانی است که خود ریشه این نابسامانی‌هاست و هرگز قادر به حل آنها نخواهد بود.

تنها راه نجات ایران و پایان این چرخه ویرانگر، برانداختن کامل این رژیم و استقرار دولتی ملی و کارآمد است. «پروژه شکوفایی ایران» برنامه‌های روشنی برای ایجاد توازن میان تولید و مصرف سوخت تدوین کرده است. این برنامه‌ها بر پایه بهترین شیوه‌های آزموده‌شده جهانی و تجربه ملی ایران در مدیریت منابع انرژی استوارند و پس از سقوط این رژیم، در دوران گذار، اجرایی خواهند شد.

امروز، در سالروز جنایت هولناک سینما رکس آبادان، یاد صدها قربانی بی‌گناه این فاجعه را گرامی می‌داریم.

یک واقعیت تاریخی که بسیاری در جهان غرب هنوز از آن آگاه نیستند این است که جنایات بنیادگرایان اسلامی و دشمنی آنان با ایران، فرهنگ ایرانی و زندگی مدرن، پیش از روی کار آمدن جمهوری اسلامی آغاز شده بود، و جنایت سینما رکس یکی از آشکارترین نمونه‌های آن است.

اتفاقی نیست که عاملان این جنایت پس از فاجعه ۵٧ در ساختار جمهوری اسلامی به مقام و موقعیت رسیدند.

این تاریخ باید گفته و آموزش داده شود. برای فهم جمهوری اسلامی و دشمنی آن با ایران و ایرانی، باید دانست که این دشمنی در بهمن ۱۳۵۷ آغاز نشد، بلکه جمهوری اسلامی آن را به قدرت سیاسی و حکومتی تبدیل کرد.

Iran's Rights in the Caspian Sea Are Not Negotiable.

The Islamic Republic, amid profound structural weakness and a deep crisis of legitimacy, is seeking to advance and implement the Convention on the Legal Status of the Caspian Sea (the Aktau Convention). This effort, undertaken without the mandate of the Iranian people and without a clear and comprehensive guarantee of Iran's historic rights, is deeply concerning and constitutes a serious threat to Iran's national interests.

Under the 1921 and 1940 treaties between Iran and the Soviet Union, the legal regime governing the Caspian Sea was founded on the parties' shared rights and the principles of mutual agreement and common interests.

Following the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the newly independent states reaffirmed, in the Alma-Ata Declaration (December 1991), their commitment to the treaties of the former Soviet Union and to fulfilling the international obligations arising from those agreements through the successor states.

Accordingly, any fundamental change to the legal status of this strategically vital body of water must be made with the agreement of all littoral states and with full respect for Iran's rights.

However, the Aktau Convention provides for the conclusion of bilateral and multilateral agreements among the littoral states concerning portions of the seabed and subsoil of the Caspian Sea, areas that were previously part of the shared waters of Iran and the Soviet Union.

This sets a dangerous precedent. By circumventing the principle of consensus among all littoral states, it effectively weakens Iran's historic position and diminishes the country's role in determining the future legal status of the Caspian Sea.

Since the signing of the Aktau Convention in 2018, I have repeatedly warned that "national interests cannot be safeguarded from a position of weakness." At the time, I also stressed that the criminal clique ruling the Islamic Republic sacrifices the interests of the Iranian nation and homeland for its own survival, and that its foreign policy repeatedly resorts to concessions and appeasement from a position of weakness.

My position on the current process remains unchanged. I consider the Islamic Republic's attempt to ratify this convention to be contrary to Iran's national interests.

No decision concerning Iran's resources, borders, or sovereign rights in this strategic body of water can possess legitimacy without the genuine participation and consent of the Iranian people. Iran's rights in the Caspian Sea are not negotiable, nor can they be relinquished. Any action that undermines these rights will be recorded in the historical memory of the Iranian nation, and those responsible will ultimately be held accountable by the people of Iran.
