@PeteThamel This is so ridiculous. Gambling addiction is now a medical condition we have to consider when applying common sense consequences? Should we not be able to hold serial killers accountable for killing because theyโre addicted to it? Hopefully this gets overruled quickly.

We extend criminal and civil liability to bartenders who overserve people who later kill others while driving drunk. Why arenโt judges who release violent criminals who then commit murders also held liable by, at a bare minimum, losing their jobs?
