@FirehouseSubs I have tried to handle this by contacting your company, but your AI didn't understand my problem, and email attempts go into a void, so I'm taking it public and will keep making a fuss until I get my money back. Problem: I made an online order, and the restaurant closed that week and never reopened. I was told they would contact me.. but never happened. I want a refund, and I will continue posting on social until someone contacts me and issues a refund! This is theft in my book, taking money and not delivering a product. !! So.. what are we going to do about this?
