You can just tell the difference between elite players and others.
We get akitiyan like mad, but you see that football brain, leave am for these people.
Somehow, I spend an average of 200,000 Naira on fuel monthly.
This is after making conscious efforts to go out only when necessary. I go to work and back. When broke, I go to the office three times a week. No more unnecessary night drives around town.
This is not the life I imagined for myself. Dear Lord, abeg I no wan thief.
I haven't bought new clothes in a while. The cost of living has me on a chokehold.
This is ranting, i’m tired.
Nodebe Benjamin is a right back who plays for @PaulEFootball in the NLO 1. He is looking for opportunities in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America.
Nodebe is presently the best right back in the NLO 1 and I can say in the whole Nigeria.
fuel is no longer subsidized. even federal universities, which are supposed to be affordable, are now expensive. we're paying a fortune for gas. housing is out of reach for many people. security is non-existent.
so what exactly is the government doing for us?
Nigeria under Tinubu does not make any sense.
What we spend on electricity and cooking gas is way more than what our people in diaspora and in developed countries are spending on them.
However, their electricity is constant but ours is erratic yet we pay more for darkness!
What a country!
Hello @AIKfotboll
I’m Olaogun, a winger also played as a striker from Nigeria. I’ve spent the last 3 years training daily to get one shot at professional football.
I’m not asking for a contract. I’m asking for 7 days on trial to show you what I can do. If I’m not good enough, I’ll walk away with no hard feelings.
I’m fast, direct, and I work harder than anyone on the pitch.
My highlights are here: https://t.co/nD68FCLsMn
Thanks,
Olaogun

Just want to say something now that Yohanna’s move to Brighton is officially complete… 💙
Don’t ask “why him.” Don’t ask “why a Greek.” And please don’t keep judging people you don’t know — especially not by the number of followers they have.
I’m improving, learning, working, and pushing myself every single day. My goal is simple: bring you numbers, stats, Premier League stories, and as many exclusives as possible.
So far, I’ve reported stories that were later confirmed by bigger journalists:
✅ Babis Kostoulas to Brighton
✅ Zadok Yohanna to Brighton
✅ Tony Bloom’s interest in a Greek club
✅ Newcastle’s interest in Christos Tzolis
✅ Arsenal scouts watching Christos Tzolis
✅ Pileas leaving Pafos FC
✅ Exclusive interview with Zandokh’s agent
✅ Exclusive interview with Stefanos Tzimas
✅ Exclusive interview with Ruben Selles
✅ The Europa League Final video you all loved
…and many more.
A year ago, at this time, only my friends followed me. This year, you backed me, trusted me, and helped me grow. ❤️
We keep going. The best is yet to come. 🚀

Nigerian grassroots footballers are really suffering, explains why many are happy for Zadok.
Met a 30+ footballer in Lagos one time that was playing on a less than 30k monthly salary, makes things worse, he plays with injury too, he played with a bandage for months.
Only 0.01% of them make it to top flight football.
Atedo Peterside, the founder of IBTC Bank (now Stanbic IBTC), says that society is rigged against young people. Rules have been put in place so they don't succeed.
Nigerians, as they got older, kept on changing the rules to make sure young people didn't repeat what they did.
Blaming Obidients for attacking Pastor Adeboye won't make me vote Tinubu. We'll defend Pastor Enoch, and vote against Tinubu.
You're not smart. You're deceptive.
Amazing story of this Kaduna young player
Frame 1: 2025 in Kaduna
Frame 2: 2026 for a club in Sweden
Brighton chasing him so he may be playing EPL later 2026
From this in Kaduna to possibly playing in Old Trafford a year apart will be so amazing
