To answer indirectly:

1. Fastest on-chain privacy (deployed on a single chain);
2. Really awesome UX of @Common__App;
3. Fastest interchain privacy (yet to be proven in the next releases);
4. Enteprise relationships (and upcoming deployments);
5. A team that doesn't give up.

What needs fixing, also 5 points:

1. Visibility;
2. Exchange distribution, liquidity;
3. More coherent branding (incl. founder comms for instance);
4. Agility -- as in, being able to quickly respond to market trends;
5. Better comms around the project USPs and making it more attractive for the broader crypto space.

As promised, I’ve pulled together a quick summary of everything we covered in the Strategy Update for those who couldn’t make it. The Strategy Update provided a detailed outline of our goals for 2025!

In this summary, I’ll cover updates from all teams—except Marketing and Ecosystem. Since there’s a lot to share about our plans for 2025.
I'll be posting separately about Marketing and the ecosystem later today, so stay tuned for more details!

zkOS update

-Repo is publicly available.

-ERC20 support: users will be able to use shielded assets without AZERO for gas

-Cross-EVM privacy via Across (space on Monday with Across team to learn more)

- We are working on anonymity revocation, which refers to the process of identifying or revealing the identity of an individual who was previously anonymous.

Common update

- The @Common__App Extension has received a lot of positive feedback, with hundreds of great reviews. We’re really happy to see that users are having a great experience.

-We’re hoping to update the website with the new roadmap for 2025 next week.

-Exciting things coming up this year, such as mobile app, cross-chain private transfers (Across integration), smart yield, etc.

-We’re now working on the ERC20 token support and that should be ready for testing next week

-We prioritize our mobile app, so you might see fewer updates related to the browser extension. The mobile app rollout will be phased, starting with closed alpha for feedback, and we will be gradually releasing new features.

-We’re planning to gather more user feedback to ensure product market fit. Our CMs team will be reaching out to some of you for testing, DM if you are interested.

US market update
- There are a lot of positive market moves that may positively impact the US market entry for @Aleph__Zero

- Recent positive new court rulings such as Tornado Cash, so we’re reassessing how can we effectively enter the US market in the most efficient way

- We’re expecting these changes to happen soon.

Listings

- To keep things transparent with our community, we can share that we’re in the final stages of listings, but things take more time than we expected. There’s a list of requirements we need to meet.

- We cannot mention the exact names of the exchanges or when would that happen, as this is under NDA.

- We acknowledge that we probably announced it too early, as there are several stages we need to go through like legal checks, marketing, and changing market conditions and it takes us longer than expected.
