@johnlewishelp I need to speak to someone at John Lewis in the UK, to find out when the sofa that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, will be delivered. Your South Africa based Customer Service line is no help whatsoever
@JohnLewisRetail I think John Lewis forgot how to do their jobs when they sent me the wrong settee, the absentmindedness is continuing as they still haven't let me know when/if the correct item will be delivered.
@JohnLewisRetail I ordered a sofa 8 weeks ago - today a totally different sofa was attempted to be delivered to me. Customer service are unable to tell me why the wrong item was delivered. Can you send me some old boxes to sit on while I wait for further news?
@MarchantsBuses I hope you warned your passengers that over 15 rooms were broken into at this hotel a couple of weeks ago and many passengers lost hundreds of pounds and the Hotel has done nothing about it
