Year 7 Girls Through to next round of the National Cup 🏆
On Wednesday our Year 7 Girls Football team played in the first round of the National Cup winning their match!

On Thursday 5th October, Countesthorpe Academy Dance students visited the Peacock Theatre in London, to watch an interpretive Dance performance of ‘A Message in a Bottle’ 🎭

To mark the start of Black History Month, our Stephen Lawrence Ambassadors wrote and delivered assemblies to our students.
The focus was on ‘Saluting our Sisters’ but also highlighted anti-racism and the importance of calling out racism.

Our Year 7 and 8 Girls Football Team played their first National cup game this week vs Nicholas Chamberlaine ⚽
They played some fantastic football, showing great skill on and off the ball and finished the game 10-0! 🏆
Our Year 11 boy's football team won their first fixture of the season in impressive fashion vs Kibworth!⚽
The team played fantastic football throughout and every member of the squad contributed to a 3-0 win. Goals from Finnan, Micah and Saxon secured the victory🏆
During PREP this morning, our Year 12 and 13 students competed in their first Fun Friday of the year ⭐
Students were tasked with finding 25 random objects across the Academy site as part of a scavenger hunt. Groups then had to take selfies with the objects as proof 📸
To celebrate Roald Dahl Day, Mrs Orton is holding a ‘design your own character’ competition! 📚
