@mckennah_1 yeah so now i shower in the dark with just a little coloured light so i can see my soaps and i have a waterproof phone mount so i watch shows while im in there as a distraction i like to have a show that im only allowed to watch in the shower to motivate me to shower more

@iHeart2minnie you got this!! if i can do 7 days you can do one fs - smth that helped me is setting a rule for what im going to break my fast with (for me a cup of broth) so that i wouldnt break it impulsively
