Rest in Peace, Lieutenant Colonel Brandon Shah 🇺🇸

Lt. Col. Shah was shot and killed during a terror attack on the campus in Virginia this morning. The gunman, now identified as a convicted ISIS supporter released from prison early, was neutralized by a ROTC student armed with a knife before being able to continue on his rampage.

Shah was a Professor of Military Science and was assigned as the leader of Old Dominion University’s ROTC program. He was also a veteran of several military operations, to include Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Atlantic Resolve.

Sha received a Bachelor of Science from ODU in 2007, an MBA from the University of Georgia in 2018, and a MS in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas in 2019, according to the Old Dominion University Alumni Association.

Two other people were wounded in the attack, although their condition remains unknown. 🙏🇺🇸
