After thoughtful consideration, Ch. 21 will be shorter (~10-15k words give or take) than my previous Ch’s (that’re roughly 20-30k words) for the 3 reasons listed below:

@Danpbo It doesn’t help working in a male dominated industry but I don’t tolerate bullies and he doesn’t like that I stand up to him 🤣 Thankfully, HR took me seriously when I reported his behavior so I take it as a win.
