@cornleagirl I’ve done the smoker. Even tried the oven and then wrap it and put it in the cooler trick. This was so easy and so good. Making French dips with leftover tomorrow
@cornleagirl Seasoned with kinders the blend and added Worcestershire. I covered it in layers of tinfoil and put in a 250 oven for 8 hours overnight. Shut oven off and let it cool…that’s it. I should have made mashed potatoes and gravy with the juice but I was too lazy.
@cornleagirl No, not the same. But this is shamelessly easy… I’ve tried to cook it every way and this is the only way it turned out good. I made sure to pull the brisket from the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge for a couple days. I then salted it real good and put it back in fridge….

Etta’s first horse show. She got 1 purple and 2 reds, but the smile says it all. She’s 8 and one of the youngest there and Lemon had a mind of his own but she stuck to it and said she learned how to buck today 😆

@FazzyMom The summers get a little insane. There’s usually 8-9 adults, 4 high school boys, and 2-4 elementary kids. Every day. Except Saturdays and Sundays I usually take off 🫣
